I retain copyright for all the articles and images published on this site. The only exceptions are quotations from others’ work, such as film stills, whose copyright rests with their owners. These excerpts appear under Fair Use guidelines, for the purpose of review and criticism. If you are a copyright holder and prefer your work not be sampled here, contact me and I will remove it and replace it with a doodle.
The Internet being what it is, and Lawrence Lessig saying what he says, I do allow online reproduction of my articles. I prefer a short excerpt and a link back here so I can keep better track of my efforts. At the least, read and understand the Creative Commons license under which I release them:
